Want to lock in a quarter hog but not all at once? This plan is for you! This subscription will ship a quarter of a hog across six months, ongoing until canceled. A shipment will come every other month (3 shipments per 6 month period). If you would like to have it only for the first 6 months, please request such in the comments section upon adding to your cart.

This subscription includes the following across 6 months*:

• 5 lbs of bacon

• 6 pork chops (2/package; 3 packages)

• 4 boneless pork steaks (2/package; 2 packages)

• 1-2 roasts totaling at least 6 lbs (Boston Butt, Shoulder, Cushion, etc.)

• 1 ham steak

• 1 pork shank

• 3 lbs sliced deli ham (1 lbs packages)

• 3 lbs breakfast sausage (1 lbs packages)

• 1 lbs fresh (frozen) chorizo sausage

• 2 lbs Italian sausage (1 lbs packages)

Need to skip a month, delay shipment while gone, or cancel? Simply email us a minimum of 7 days before the next planned shipment. If less than 7 days, we will try to still accommodate.
