The original and bacon unit options each contain two half-pound patties, approximately one pound total. The original bulk option contains twenty half-pound patties, ten pounds total. Select the option above for the current price and availability.
From your kitchen
Handle gently and cook over moderate grill or skillet heat. Avoid pressing the patties, which releases their juices. Cook raw pork burgers to at least 160°F in the center, measured with a food thermometer; color alone does not show safe doneness.
