What you receive

XL brat options contain four links per package, approximately one-third pound each. Choose the flavor above. The separately listed Mang/Wagyu hot dog option is pre-cooked and approximately one-quarter pound per hot dog; check its selected option and package label.

From your kitchen

Cook fresh, raw pork brats gently over indirect grill heat or in a skillet, then brown the casing. Use tongs rather than piercing the links. Cook to at least 160°F in the center, measured with a food thermometer. Follow the package reheating instructions for any option labeled pre-cooked.
