Jowl bacon is cut from the jowl rather than the belly. Cured only. Choose the one-, five- or ten-pound option above; the selected option determines the quantity ordered.

From your kitchen

Slice as needed and cook over moderate heat in a skillet, or arrange in a single layer for oven cooking. Follow the package instructions. Let the fat render gradually without scorching. Add cooked pieces to beans, greens or a breakfast sandwich.
